Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to RevenueUI, subscriptions, acceptable use, data retention, and liability.
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your use of RevenueUI, a SaaS analytics service provided by Masafumi Suzuki (“RevenueUI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Scope
- These Terms govern the relationship between RevenueUI and each registered user of the service.
- Pricing, plan limits, guidelines, and other rules displayed within the service form part of these Terms.
- If those rules conflict with these Terms, these Terms control unless we expressly state otherwise.
2. Registration
- To register, you must agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and complete the registration process we provide.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
- We may reject or cancel a registration where information is false, the applicant previously violated these Terms, the applicant is associated with an organized criminal group, or we reasonably determine that registration would be inappropriate.
- When you use Google or another external authentication provider, that provider’s terms also apply.
3. Account security
- You are responsible for safeguarding your account and authentication credentials and must not allow another person to use them without authorization.
- Unless caused by us, activity performed through your account will be treated as activity authorized by you.
- You must notify us promptly if you know or suspect that your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. The service
- RevenueUI displays and analyzes website activity, such as page views, together with payment and subscription information from a Stripe account you connect.
- RevenueUI does not provide accounting, tax, legal, investment, or other professional advice. Metrics are informational and depend on the data available to the service and the calculation methods described in the product.
- RevenueUI may import supported historical Stripe payments, but payments made before RevenueUI identifiers were available may not be attributable to a visitor or session.
- Revenue is generally reported separately by currency. RevenueUI does not guarantee automatic foreign-exchange conversion or aggregation across currencies.
5. Tracking implementation and lawful use
- You may install the RevenueUI tracking script only on websites that you own, control, or are otherwise authorized to measure.
- You are responsible for providing legally required privacy notices, obtaining any required consent for cookies or similar technologies, and providing any required opt-out mechanisms.
- You must not place sensitive personal data, payment card numbers, authentication credentials, or other data not requested by RevenueUI in URLs, UTM parameters, or other measured fields.
- RevenueUI provides first-party tracking with an optional consent-required mode. You are responsible for selecting and configuring the mode appropriate for your purposes and legal obligations.
6. External services
- Connections to Stripe and other external services are also governed by those providers’ terms and technical requirements.
- You must register a Stripe restricted key with only the permissions required by RevenueUI and manage that key securely.
- Data collection, updates, or display may be delayed or unavailable because of an external outage, API limit, provider change, or your configuration.
- RevenueUI does not guarantee coverage of every Stripe payment method, accounting adjustment, or transaction structure.
7. Trial, fees, and payment
- Eligible new users receive a 14-day free trial beginning on the registration date.
- Paid plan prices, billing intervals, limits, and overage charges are shown on the Pricing page and in Stripe Checkout before purchase.
- Paid plans are monthly or annual subscriptions. They renew automatically for the selected billing interval until canceled.
- Payments are processed by Stripe using the methods shown during checkout.
- Proration, additional charges, or credits arising from a plan change follow the calculation presented by Stripe.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly approved by us.
8. Cancellation, access restrictions, and retention
- You may cancel a subscription from the Subscription page within RevenueUI.
- After a standard cancellation, paid access normally continues until the displayed end date. You may be able to resume the subscription before that date.
- When a trial or subscription ends, the workspace may become read-only. We may delete its websites and related analytics data after a 90-day recovery period.
- During an active subscription, the standard tracking-data retention periods are 1 year for Starter, 3 years for Growth, and 5 years for Pro. A plan change or other applicable condition may change the retention period.
- Deleting an account immediately places the account, subscriptions, websites, provider connections, and related analytics data into an irreversible deletion process.
9. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- violate applicable law or public policy;
- infringe another person’s rights or privacy;
- connect or measure a website, Stripe account, or data source without authorization;
- submit sensitive data, unlawful material, or malware to the service;
- bypass authentication, rate limits, or security controls;
- disrupt the service or impose an unreasonable load on it;
- reverse engineer or improperly attempt to obtain the service’s source code;
- impersonate another person; or
- engage in other conduct that we reasonably determine to be harmful or inappropriate.
10. Intellectual property and customer data
- RevenueUI and its licensors retain all intellectual-property rights in the service and related materials.
- You or the applicable rights holder retain rights in data you submit to the service.
- You authorize us to process that data only as necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.
11. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service for maintenance, outages, security needs, external-service changes, events beyond our reasonable control, or other legitimate reasons. Where reasonably possible, we will provide advance notice of a material change.
12. Disclaimer
RevenueUI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will meet a particular purpose, capture every revenue or conversion event, provide complete or continuously accurate data, or operate without interruption. We will nevertheless use reasonable efforts to operate the service reliably and address known issues.
13. Limitation of liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for damages arising from the service will not exceed the fees you actually paid for the service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- This limitation does not apply to liability caused by our willful misconduct or gross negligence or where applicable law does not permit the limitation.
- If the Japanese Consumer Contract Act or another mandatory consumer-protection law applies, this section applies only to the extent permitted by that law.
14. Exclusion of organized criminal groups
You and RevenueUI each represent that you are not an organized criminal group or an associated person and will not use, fund, or otherwise support such a group.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when required by law, a service change, or another legitimate need. If a change materially affects your rights or obligations, we will provide reasonable advance notice through the service, your registered email address, or another appropriate method.
16. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court will have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over disputes relating to the service, except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
